Return Policy

Return Policy: Please call (719) 299-5000 if you are not happy for any reason to arrange a return within 10 days of purchase.

Damaged Product

To be eligible for an exchange, you must first email us within 3 days of receiving the product at to alert us of the damage. All damaged products must be returned to us. Upon receipt of the damaged product, we will ship out a replacement via ground freight at no additional cost to you.


To return your product, you should contact us prior to receiving a return shipping label.

Lost or Stolen Packages

SLV Hemp is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the shipping address provided. Upon inquiry, SLV Hemp will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.


Unopened products that have been returned within 3 business days of receiving will be eligible for a refund of the purchase price and any state sales tax collected.  Freight charges are non-refundable.
